Returns Policy
We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase at Dance Evolution. If, however, you need to return an item, please reach out to us at dance_evolution@outlook.com. Provide your name, reason for return, and a contact phone number to initiate the process.
Products Ineligible for Refund or Exchange
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on tights or underwear products unless they are faulty. Additionally, refunds are not available after 28 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days and will be credited to your account. The timing may vary depending on your credit/debit card company's processing time. In some cases, if the amount has already been processed by our bank, we may issue a refund via cheque for the returned item(s).
